Catch 22? How do I start?

    Hello,

I would like to start selling on CJ, but I do not know what products they offer to create a site around. How can I start a CJ referral site if I don't know what the content is, but won't know what the content is until i sign up on a referral site?

    Thanks,

They have eBay, and I figure if it's not on eBay - then people aren't buying it.

The eBay affiliate program is very profitable. I'm not sure if that's what you were saying though.

For instance - I see a lot of people have mortgage lenders, home buying tips, web hosting offers... Do they just set up their site fully knowing that there must be some sort of referral if they can capture information or get visitors to click on ads, and then submit to CJ? Or does one have a general CJ account and then they put links on all their websites? I have several websites now, but I don't know if I can use CJ exclusively on one, or if I can use it on many, or if I need to start a new site to promote their products.

You only need one CJ account. Then within that account you can add all your websites, and sign up with any of the CJ advertisers that are appropriate for your sites.

CJ doesn't have any products, they're just the 'middle man' between you and the advertisers.

Just make sure your sites are up and running and have traffic because if you don't sell with in 6 months, they will cancel your account.
