Buying Catalog of machines

    Hello,
    i want to creat one catalog of services :)
    i am sending more information about this project. It will be catalog of machine for lathe etc... it will be filter of region, price, parameters of machines.
    It will be automatic - owner of the machine will registrate on website and he can insert his machine with parametrs and photos etc + he must pay for it!
    He can pay by paypal, bank account etc. (we can get him any save .... 20% etc.)

    It must have administration for edit owners of the machines and with some statistics about sale.

    It must have contact form in detail page of machine etc... is it possible?

    How much is it programming?
