casino's in Goa are they legal?

    Gambling is not legal in India but AS i heard there are plenty of casino's in Goa are they legal. Only casino Goa which is and offshore Casino is legal as per Google search engine data . Can someone enlighten me about it.

    Yes they are operating legally :) Everywhere else the casinos have to pay so much tax that they are not profitable but Goa government seems to be relaxed about it.

    I am not from Goa but I have lots from friends from Goa and also know someone working for a Casino there. :)
