Well, you are a little bit more limited when it comes to link sources, like adult, but the general steps and techniques are exactly the same as for any other website.

You should consider whether or not this is a website you want to continue promoting. Online casinos are incredibly competitive and it's unlikely you'll generate any sort of decent traffic to it unless you have a huge budget to blow on advertising. Unless you can afford pitch-side advertising in major football games (888.com does this regularly), I wouldn't bother.

My marketing company handles new media for a few resort/casinos. It is a big money marketing type of industry. You have to have at least 250k to even get in the same ballpark as many online and small casinos. To get on the playing field with the majors you need a marketing yearly budget of closer to 10 million. Marketing a casino is just like many other businesses, you do regular marketing techniques then tweak them to what you need to get done in that industry.
