Hello, well eventually i wnat to a build a small casino, it'll be in uk but i want it to be more like las vegas than a local pub. IF it was in a town such as leeds or sheffield how much would it cost if it was the size of a small supermarket, i know its not accurate but im not good at guessing at how big i need it.

For a small casino with lounges, bar and restaurant, you are probably looking at at least 100 mil US.
The question is really too vague to put a price on.

On top of that, you are going to need to have enough cash to cover all the chips on the floor on your busiest night.

Large casinos with hotels can cost billions US.

No because itll start with few tables to keep staff costs down. Also its one floor without hotel, about 300ft by 500ft.

If you're doing just table games you could keep you costs down - probably the most expensive part will be licensing (not sure of the cost in the UK) then cash for the house. Maybe you could do it for several hundred thousand pounds - a bad streak could wipe you though.

Once you start buying slots, the costs skyrocket, esp. if you go with an established company that does a revshare.

i assumed slots are overall cheaper as they require little staff to maintain them where as tables always need a dealer, also i handt tkane into consideration a bad streak of winners. The building can be rented or taken out with a mortgage i assume, so no up front cost for building may be required.

you can try having a place with digital poker tables... I been in such a place and it's always crowded. you can also have slots on the side and bar... could be very profitable

Your biggest cost will be licensing.

If you can get a Native American to partner up with you in this you might be able to get away with a cheap licensing fee. I think, don't pay attention to the ignorance.

I think you shall check on the licence, as i know it is not easy to get approved.
The cost for set up i about 1 millions, but the flow cost will be large

By flow cost is that things such as if someone wins the jackpot on first day ive got to be able to continue paying for the electricity and wages etc, like emergency funds.

It really, really depends on where you place it.

If it's in a main city, then you will be paying mega bucks on the place etc.. But then you will get more visitors and generally they will have more money to loose.

Where as in a smaller location it would be cheaper to set up but having enough customers would be a problem.

So really depends which avenue you want to go down.

I think you will have more success at getting answers to your question somewhere like UKBusinessForums rather than here.

You are the weird one, this is not only a help to online business but offline as well.

Going on the internet and ask for suggestions and ideas are often better than asking some real consultant offline.
