I found this name interesting but i didn't think it over so much before buying that. Do you think , can i sell it without develop? Thanks a lot for answer.

Of course you have a chance of someone who has a good use for it stumbling upon it and making you a good offer, but to a domainer/reseller it's a regfee (or close to regfee) domain I'm afraid.

Its not a bad name actually. You might get a decent amount if you get the right person especially someone who wants to start a money making site, get paid to site or even a money making forum.
