Hey everyone Just a quick question regarding paypal, i am new to it and looking to cashout since I am not located in the usa I can not transfer to a bank account so I want to just cash out a cheque, is this possible or do I need a bank account in order to cash out money and by cash out i mean actually take out the money not just the check if that makes sense.
When you go to My account>Withdraw>Request a check , you should be able to send the check to your registered addresss. But make sure money amount is in the same currency as in your country.

PayPal isn't going to send you a pile of cash, so no you can't literally "cash out".
