Hello All, My Google checks are mailed from Google to Italy (Rome) so I phone my family in Italy to check if everything is alright lol I've called them today and they said they got a check from Google , however , they went to the nearst bank in (Rome) and tried to cash the check but the bank refused they said " We can't cash this kind of checks" so Do anyone of you know what and where a bank in rome that cahses those google checks ? anyhelp is appreciated
I live in italy and I have cashed a google check. But to do so, you have to cash it directly in the bank account. You can't just get the cash immediately. Plus the money appeared on my bank account after a couple of months. Solution for this problem: have the money transfered directly to the bank account. It only takes a day or two. Maybe citibank in Milan can pay directly, because that's what's written on the check.

1) You (or your parents) will have to deposit the check in the back account. 2) Or you can have google transfer the money directly to your bank account. Since either way, you will need a bank account, having the money transfered directly from google to your bank account can be much faster and easier.
When you deposit the check in the bank account, it doesn't show up immediately. I was able to get the money after a couple of months! But that may depend on the bank.
Couple of months !! thats a long time , My parents bank account is in Rome ? could their bank be faster ??? Sorry for asking alot grazie
