    Like stated on my website, rate is too low. People won't complete transaction for 10%. My price is 20% and I send money back...just see website for proof.

    As the buyer of a locked paypal account, how do you go about getting the ownership of the account to ensure you get the funds?

    I had an account locked once (got it unlocked after 1 month), but in my research online I did read about the 180 locking that PayPal does often.

    The seller turns over the username & password for the PayPal account, then you can get the money even though you are not the owner?

    Never deal with this kind of peoples. You can easy withdraw money from your limited paypal account after 180 days. Just send this money to your bank account. Never trust indian guys. Most of indians scammers and cheaters.

    Anyway, to the OP, PayPal allows withdraw from limited accounts after 180 days, so no luck for you.

    Are you cashing it from the limited paypals which have completed 180 days?? or from them who have a limit of 180 days?? :rolleyes:
