Interesting offer indeed. Though you have provided the details on what you'd do for the site creation, there is no mention of the traffic part. Can you provide a ballpark figure of the time required to cross the $3000/month figure? Would you include the domain cost, or its excluded? Not that it matters much, but it would help to know. If we have to provide the domain, will you research and recommend the domain for purchasing? I am assuming it would be wordpress based, let me know if otherwise.
