Cash Incentive Networks?

Anyone know if there are many cash incentive offers available nowadays via networks ??

Just curious to know........

If so who does alot of them ? and regular updates

 

I joined this called Motive today that has some nice cash incent email submits.

There are networks out there that allow cash incentive sites. Check out my link in my signature for categorized networks. They are listed as whether or not incentives are allowed. I own a cash incentive site, so all the networks listed are game.

 

CPA Storm and my users have had issues, its mostly on the users end. I think they are a bit harder to deal with, just saying.

Disco dollars, which ONE program do you recommend the most, I'd love to know.
