    Is it against adsense tos if I offer weekly cash prizes of $100 in order to gain traffic. I want to have a drawing every week where members of my site will win,

    Offering visitor/reader to win cash prize, is another good way of generate traffic, in terms of A introduce B about C website, and B will do so...and so on.. and lastly, it is ok to have a contest. :)

    It should all be fine because you aren't rewarding people to click ads, just holding a Contest.
