Cash flow notes are simply old-fashioned I.O.U.'s A better understanding of what exactly a cash flow note is, and your knowledgable with business... a cash flow note is a ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE. In the training I'll teach you, I will teach you one of the types of notes. There are 50 kinds of notes and thousands are being created daily. The one type of note I'll be teaching is real estate. Real estate is primarily the "base" and once you learn real estate, you'll have 80% of the knowledge you'll need to broker a note. Okay folks I took his training today for the sample lesson like 15 min. I have to say this is something different from what we webmasters normally do. This is not about affiliate programs, not internet marketing or creating ebooks, no building sites or driving traffic to them, nothing to do with adsense or CPA networks... No torrents, installing, downloading and so on. First OP explained to me what Cash Flow Notes or ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE are. From his words there are thousands of cash flow notes being created each day. The industry right now is a $300 Billion + industry and still growing. Not to mention there are almost 50+ kinds of notes and he will teach us over 10-15 different ways to find the notes and almost 15-20 ways to find investors.... That can be very lucrative business if you have determination to learn it and he promises to help us in the process of brokering our first deal which is a plus, but it is totally different from our usual webmasters staff as you can see. So you will be brokering the deals between those Cash Flow Notes owners who want to sell them for instant cash instead of waiting for payments (for months or years to come) and the investors who will be buying those Notes from the owners and we get paid comissions for that as brokers. I would like to add from myself here that I have seen advertisements for quite expensive seminars and courses teaching this staff and it is legitimate business.
How many cash flow notes have you found buyers for personally? I have to ask because I have been researching cash flow notes for a while also and have had trouble making money with them. I used russ dalbey's system and a few others. This looks like a decent deal but I would want proof you have made money from doing this personally. Thanks
jestjasper, Here is more information on the note business: http://www.papersourceonline.com It is a very valid business with your success hinged to investors who will buy these notes. You will want a reputable source of investors. Bill Mencarow has that source. I am not affiliated w/Bill or his site but used them a few years back when I was a real estate broker. I currently do short sales. Much easier and safer and profitable. Hope that helps. Tom
I have not completed any but I am so confident that I can teach you that I'd be willing (to as I said) share a sample lesson with you. Think of it as a 15-minute primer for the note business. On the same note... I would recommend the Paper Source Online but 3 things prevent that: 1. Overpriced - $200 for a simple book you can rent from the library and hundreds of articles and forms that are outdated and not formatted nicely is a bad price. 2. Outdated List of Investors - Correct me if I'm wrong, but the last time I heard, the list was updated in January 2005. 3. EMail Spam - Ever since I visited the site, I have been receiving SPAM from PSO to purchase the program, etc. Not to mention, PSO does not offer 1-on-1 live support via EMail or instant messenger. Either way, you should see where I'm coming from with this... I am still thinking of continuing this offer since I am not gaining much interest right now. Maybe the future will speak differently.
I bought the Russ Dalby cash flow notes, and it isn't as simple as it sounds. In theory yes it is great, but it takes quite a bit of work to get good investors lined up. Also, many people are not happy that you even know they have a "note" lol Some people can make a lot of money with it though.
^^ I agree with you, its not an easy thing. But if I may say so myself... the people who wish to remain anonymous (to the best of my knowledge) will have a hard time, assuming that it is logged in the public records for anyone to see
