    I'm selling a professional cash advance/payday loans website. The site is relatively new. It has been optimized and I started link building in late October. As of date the site has 443 one way links. The site was designed by a professional firm and has a custom coded application form which is sent to an affiliate company. The affiliate pays $20/application. The site is not making money yet; however, It's a great deal if you know SEO and wish to continue my efforts since I already spent the money for design costs and some link building. Asking price $1500.

    I'm amazed at how much interest the site has received; however, it is still available. If the site doesn't sell by tomorrow, it will be taken off the market. Thanks for the interest guys.
