I want discuss aboout Link building and IP class C, which are new information with me. Note that this case study for Google Search Engine, which has the count links and set Pagerank. Let's begin with the example:

I have 2 domain a.com and b.com hosted in hosting A. My friend has domain c.com hosted in hosting C, these hosting above have different IP Class C.

    CASE ONE:
I put a link from a.com to b.com. Does this link has backlink value while 2 domains located in the same IP Class C?

    CASE TWO:
    I put a link from a.com to c.com and a link from b.com to c.com. So, c.com has 2 value backlinks or just 1?

    CASE THREE:
My friend put 2 links from c.com to a.com and b.com. Does each of my domains have 1 value backlinks?

    CASE FOUR:
Now, we use 3-way links: a.com to c.com, and c.com to b.com. So, does it call 3-way, or just 2-way, because of the link just go from hosting A to hosting C, and hosting C to hosting A.

Please tell me what do you think about each case. Your opinion is very important with me.

    Thank you

Wow, why are you so worried about these things? Honestly, unless you were to do this on a grand scale, and have a ton of class-c ip address domains at your disposal this information is pretty much useless. Build your links naturally and don't worry about class c or not. There are a ton of other factors that are used to determine the "value" of a link. Here is a huge tip that a lot of people overlook. When building links, don't just link to your root domain/page. You need to spread the links evenly. If you have a blog then link to the blog (ie. http://yourdomain.com/blog) if you provide services, link to them (ie. http://yourdomain.com/services)...and so forth.. Don't dread on class c or not.

Thank you for your reply, CQuinn

Just because I see many sites with huge baclinks from other high PR sites, but still have low PR. And, I've just read about the IP Class C few hour ago. I really thank you for your information about your building tip, mean build more deeplink backlinks to increase the trusted and the natural backlinks, right? That's great idea.

Any other opinions? I still need more advices from you and other DigitalPoints members.

Case 4 for me.... simply because it does not have any direct connection between the 2 urls on the same ip.

But this may not be so important afterall...

I have seen PR pass from my pr3 to another site in the same ip making it pr 2... Note that the second url has only links from the first...

Mean that oneway links from same IP class C still work? Does your PR2 site have any backlinks from other PR2+ sites?
