So I was analyzing this website called http://www.yvoschaap.com/ I noticed that it generates A LOT of hits. But the content is only 2 pages long, with two posts per month ??? This seems very odd for a website to have so many hits with 47,000 alexa ranking but very un-unique content. Unless maybe one or two articles became famous in social bookmarking, I don't see how this blog can get so famous with high PR too. But perhaps the owner is famous or something and that explains it? Why else would he post personal information on the right panel that no one will care about?

Besides, he make a lot of popular script dealing with myspace, youtube, etc. That's why the alexa rank was on the top 50K And with 360+ pages indexed by google and 150K backlinks, it's make sense he got High PR.
A simple word press generator is what gets him that much people wow. I suppose sometimes it takes some luck in spotting something that people really NEED and monetizing that idea. Maybe he didn't even expect it to be so popular.
