Case Study Display on website - Usability & Legal Issues

I started a new website at casestudydiscussion.com - I'm tinkering around with the way I am displaying the case studies. I display case studies from Inc., Fast Company, and other reputable sources.

Would it be legal to display the case studies on my website if I linked to the actual article? For example, I currently just have a link to the article. I think it would be a better user experience if my website contained the entire article. In that case, would it have to be in block quotes?

Also, is there any possibility of displaying Harvard Busienss Review Case Studies? They make you buy them on their website, so I would assume I wouldn't be allowed to print them.

Any advice on these usability issues would be appreciated.
