    I have found one interesting google ranking problem from Google webmaster forum.

    Site is Geo-targeted.

    Well if it's a Geo-targeted then, it should not appear in proxy also, am i right?

    I don't think it's Geo-target problem.

    You are correct. It is not a geo-target problem but the ranking across DCs issue. It is also depend which country that proxy is based. Example - if they are using US ip based then the results in USA may be different from other countries, even in the same Google.com.
