If you have to place a chain how would you place it???

Fast Click then Casale or other way round? Who gives the highest payouts! ;-) I have been accepted by both! :)

You're looking at two different markets. One is affiliate marketing and one is PPC. Depends which method you want to target your audience with.

Uhm, actually they're both CPM programs, so no different markets...

I've only been accepted by Casale and have to say, the eCPM is very low with them at the moment.
Maybe you should just try out either way for a few days and then stick with the chain that performed better.

It will depend on the ad units you are using. For banner ads Casale normally pays out higher than FastClick so it would be best to have them as a first in your chain. Just be aware that you will lose some impressions in the process.

For pop-unders Fastclick is the best.

My advice is that you should try each one for a week as first in your chain and see which performs the best.

    good-afternoon bamb0lin,

fastclick is a winner in my books. averaging about 53-cents per 1,000 banner impressions...

    $5 plus for pop-under ads... ( per 1,000 banner impressions )

$3.50 plus for invue ads... ( per 1,000 banner impressions )

    have a nice day...

    sincerely,
    c.t.adams-///:D

I was accepted by MammaMediaSolutions.com which is an extension of Mamma.com and I can say that their eCPM rates stink... I am sitting at about .023 per 1000 impressions... that's horrible.... onc ein a while I will get a banner here or there that averarges .30 or .40 but more of them are around 2 cents... they even have a default banner which displays THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS of times over and over again that is only worth .0009 per 1000 YUCK that's highway robbery if you ask me!!

I did get denied from FastClick mainly because my site is mostly Forum and Chat, and profile activity... but I am waiting for a response from Casale.. Hopefully I can switch sometime soon to a bettter company with HIGHER eCPM .... I hope :)

both of them are the best,
I personally salute you, my site is rejected by both of them.

IMHO, you should test your own to get the max earning. Congrats.

Mamma is a 3rd tier network I think.

I have been accepted into Fastclick and Casale. They are both CPM networks but Fastclick does also do ppc ads mixed in with the CPM ads.

I also applied to Mamma nowing that they don't pay all that well, but I thought that I would get an extra network to fill my defaults, but they declined my account.

Why, I really don't know, but they said in the email that my site was incompelet. It has been online for about 1 year and is been generating me revenue for most of the time.

It also has over 20,000 pages or more.
