Casale Media (indexexchange) review (2016)

I was invite to this network by email, i was happy because i thought it was a quality network. Sadly, the review after 1 month is not a happy one, this network has major problems.

    THE BAD:

    1. Penalty:

Right after installing the tags i got a google penalty and my site got removed from the search results because it was detected as a "phishing site". The penalty was lifted after removing their tags and asking them to remove any kind of "download button" ads, which they did.
    For reference:
    https://security.googleblog.com/2016/02/no-more-deceptive-download-buttons.html
    https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6350487?hl=en

    2. Redirects, even to Porn sites:
Their ads often cause redirects even to adult websites, emailed several times about this, no solution so far.

    3. Lack of communication or support.:
Trying to get an answer from them takes ages, and when they do answer they say something like "we'll look into it" and the problem persist forcing you to keep emailing them indefinitely.

    4. Ads with audio:
Most of the time the 300x250 ads is a video that plays Audio and there is no way to mute it, it should be mute by default. You cannot be listening anything else while using the site cos their ads start playing. Reported and no solution.

    5. Dubious-Fake Stats:
I have never seen this on any network and i've tried like 20+:
I live on GMT+1 Time zone. Imagine it's the day 25th 23pm. and they already have on the dashboard finalized earnings for day 26th! There is no way they have this stats because that day haven't even started in half the planet! So right off the bat stats are made up.

    THE GOOD:

    1. CPM Rates.

    ----------

In hope that someone from casale see this and maybe get in touch with other people using them and see how it works for them. Have a nice one!

Thanks for your honest review. I have received an invite from them. "You are the lucky to receive publisher signup invite from Casale Media Inc." I am not sure about this statement :) I have already GA.

If i may add something else:
My website on android redirects to other sites, and i don't mean one redirect here and there (it can happen) i mean it's unusable! It redirects somewhere else on every refresh. Mostly to fake virus warning sites.
I am waiting for payment but doesn't seem like it's coming (8 days over due), they stopped replying emails altogether.
They have good reputation, but for me it is a nightmare.

This is just my personal experience, maybe they are the best network in the world for everyone else but me.

Exactly the same here, but certainly because Casale Media is a scam network...

You are completely wrong here. Casale Media is not a scam network. I know publishers who work directly with them.
They are no longer known as Casale Media and are now known as Index Exchange.

Follow the link, look like same owner of cpzmedia, they are using Pulsepoint tags too.

Correct, cpzmedia scammed me awhile back for about $3.5k
Looks like they are back at it again.
