Casale Media earnings?

    Hi,

I'm looking to put some more advertisements on my site, I have adsense already and it's working nicely. I was looking at Casale Media - they seemed quite reputable?
My site gets anywhere from 20,000 - 25,000 unique visitors a month, what would be the average earnings I could expect from Casale. Visitors stay on for an average of 7 page views BTW.

Hope thats not too broad a question. Thanks for any input.

    20 x 7 x $.75 (eCPM) x 50% fill rate = $52.5

What is the fill rate? Also, does it matter how many of their banners you show per page and how does this impact earnings. What would be the difference between showing 1 and 2 banners on each page?

In the 3 weeks that I've been with Casale, here's what I've given them, and here's what they've given back to me

(P.S. I have them as the 3rd link in my advertising network chain):

    250,000-plus impressions
    $75 (approximate) earnings
    An average of $0.405-cents CPM
With an average fill rate of 37.5%.

The CPM isn't bad. My highest paying network, TF, currently pays about only $0.10-cents more due to this being the early parts of the year, and every advertiser's purse strings are a little tight. (It always explodes in Winter.) The fill rate is quite awful, and even with Casale as the third link, I'm still defaulting heavily to my 4th and 5th networks.

But overall, they're not bad, if you can get in. Just don't expect them to fill too much of your inventory if you have a lot of impressions. But since you'll only generate 175K/month of impressions, they MAY work for you as a first link.

Could the high CPM ($.75!!) be because you're also including pop-unders? I haven't included them in mine FYI.

how many unique visitors do you have to get into tribal fusion and fastclick...they say a certain number, but I"m pretty sure if you went there and said you had that much visitors, they probably won't still accept. I think they want to accept websites with 10k per day.

It's not just about numbers with TF and FC. You need to have a site that FITS with their immediate needs. For the most part, your site has to be heavy with ORIGINAL content.

That was an estimate. I can confirm, as a few more days have passed, that an average eCPM (for a wide leaderboard) would be between $0.60 and $0.70.

    Some of my recent stats:

Impressions CPM Fill rate eCPM Earnings
       2,256 $0.88 42.29% $0.62 $1.40
       2,731 $0.90 53.34% $0.63 $1.72
    Code (markup):
    Hope that helps

Okay, just 2k impressions, then. You'll need a lot more impressions to make an accurate average. My average is based on 270k impressions. I think it's a lot more accurate, plus it takes in box, leaderboard, and sky banners (again, no pops).

That was for 2 days.. A broader average would look like this:
    Impressions CPM Fill rate eCPM
      14,510 $0.93 43.42% $0.65
    Code (markup):
    I've about 55% US visitors, 10% Canadian, 10% UK, 4% Australian.

It may be less imps than yours, but they're pretty good for averages I guess

I am also receiving similar pay rates to you. I have also worked the maths out where it is about the same as yours.
