Buying cartton to 3d or color ... any good artist ...

    Hi guys i need a cartoon maid in to 3d or color

    I need it make it from this type of drawing :

    In to this style :

    Does anybody know how to transform a drawing like that in to the second style?

    If you can do it,give me a PM and i will show you what drawing i want converted in to the second style and you can give price and time ...
