Buying cartoon

    need this done:
    2nd image (tim) will essentially replace Ollie's face and his body will be a bit more slender than ollie's. the weather map on image 1 will be replaced by the one in the 3rd image...
    the weather needs to be increased by 25 on each figure... so as an example 77 would be 102
    look at my signature for the links to the images

    I know it's not exactly the same, but I have over 5 years of experience in photoshop, so i know how to do it properly
