The helmet (Thing on his head) Needs to look like this.... Lastly this is the logo that I want on the jersey and shorts and on the side of the helmet Make the guys face look mean a little but not intensely mean... be patient pal.... to make an illustration is need more time than make a logo. i think you should hold it for 1 or 2 days to get some entries.
A lot of people can draw with the vector tools available in Flash but don't have illustrator to export it to, so what you have is a .fla file rather than a .ai file but you can export it yourself if you own both of these programs. And, yes, you need to be more patient for a big job like this.
