    Cartoon character - Urgent job - make me a new funny superhero

    I am looking for someone to make a new cartoon character. If it could look a bit like this one it would be good. I would prefer a funny one if possible

    I want it with yellow gloves, a yellow cape, and yellow pants but with white body suit. A bit like super man i suppose but in different colours. The chest needs some text on it if possible.

    This job is urgent and I need it completing today. My budget is small but i will pay immediately on completion.

    Can you do this job in the next few hours????

    This is not a bump, but I am getting PM's from people that can't complete today. This job is urgent. Ideally i want something link picture 2. Its funny.
