I get pain my wrists after typing just a couple hours. I've tried the wrist supports and ergonomics and that helps somewhat. But, the wrist support get sweaty and uncomfortable. What other things do you recomend to cope with this?

With me it’s not the wrist but my hand. After using the mouse for a few hours my hand gets all stiff. I think it might be from the circulation or whatever… Must get one of those thinks to do hand exercises.

Have had these types of problems come and go. Here's what works.

    Ibuprofen and rest.
Basically if I don't stop mousing for at least 5 days the pain doesn't go away. Hence, I still have pain.
Oh, I have learned to mouse with both hands. Switching off helps.
Also, make sure to take breaks and stretch.

    Go see the doctor too.

I'm trying the mouse with my left hand now and hey that's working. Good tip. Also, I'm thinking I might try a different mouse as the one I have isn't really ergonomic. I see some that look quite interesting.
