I wonder why they can use email , even though the email is owned by Microsoft Italia.

a Scammer will never have the domain microsoft.it, if he has it, he's already a millionaire so he doesn't need to scam...

 

There is offcourse glitch somewhere where these hackers have taken advantage to use that id

There is absolutely no question about the validity of that person - a scammer and a foreigner..
