Shawn, Just left you a message re the Cardservices/Linkpoint server migration to Denver is requiring some changes. The current plug in for credit card authorization is using the wrong port for Linkpoint/Card Services International. We need to modify the ip address and port for LinkPoint API. Do you have the updated plug in? If so, can you send it to us or let us know where we can download it from. Thanks, Maria maria@klondyke.net
Shawn, We upgraded Optigold, but now it is giving us an error: LinkPoint key file not found (using name: <storename>.p12) Linkpoint said that they will send us a new .pem file. We saw somewhere else on this message board this post: "A word of warning, the .pem key file LinkPoint sends you will need to be converted to a new format. There's a CGI that you'll be directed to for the conversion." posted by wayne. Where can we get the CGI link for the conversion?
This is what we have: (1) Optigold to v.3.3.7. (2) CCAuthorize v.3.4.6 When we process a card from Optigold we get the error: LinkPoint key file not found (using name: <storename>.p12) My systems admin is saying that we need to get a new .pem file from Linkpoint. Linkpoint said it is the original pem file we had when we started. Then my systems admin said that we need to get some program or file to convert the .pem file to a file that Optigold or Filemaker will understand. I am confused.
What port is Linkpoint now using? I need to know so i can open that port on my firewall. I am still getting the error: Cannot connect to SSL server when trying to process a credit card.
Thanks, did the suggestions under the "New Linkpoint API" thread and got credit card billing working again.
