Card Declined

when i try ti pay to Google adword i get error card declined while its Visa Credit card.whats reason?i am from Pakistan

 

I would get online help from Google Adwords if i were you. Granted their customer support tanks, that's your best bet.

 

You need to talk to your bank & tell them about the card being declined.... Google customer support will tell you the same thing...

 

Pakistan is a critical country for credit card billing, unfortunately loads of fraud. First talk to the issuer of your card as shrkscn suggested, if everything is fine, contact google.

 

Try using VCC

 

I had problem with a prepaid card someone gave me and own credit card on a site or 2 last week. They both had money and were declined it seems like some of the billing sites might be having problem sometimes.

If the credit card company said it is not their problem, then that means Google banned your account.

u must be using ubl debit visa card, if yes than just update urself that ubl have some problem with their prepaid debit visa cards.

 

Seems your that your country is suspectful and processing center identifies it as risky

 

Well, first of all, check if You can pay in internet that card. Some CC are allowed to use only in shops. Real shops not virtual.

1. Call to Your bank or check in the papers for bank,if it works in internet.
2. If Yes, call to Your bank.
3. If nothing will help, aske for speciall card to pay in internet.
4. If they don`t have such a thing, change a bank.

I know, that any vcc are no longer working with adwords. But, I have normal debit card, and it works fine. Everything depends on the kind of this card.

 

Maybe we have the same problem, coz when i made some payment there a notification pop-up:

We were unable to authorize a payment on your credit card.
Please try to make another payment. If you need to update your payment details before attempting another payment, please visit your Billing Preferences page. Please note that, if your balance hits zero, our system automatically stops showing your ads until you make another payment.

but my American Express are still valid.... how can i up my ads now coz it is low funds now and they are not accepting my payments...

 

If You opened account and You chosse payment way - You NEVER can change that way.

There is only one way to solve this problem.
Write to google. Describe the problem and ask them to allow You, to open second account with other payment option.

Usually, there is way to send bank transfer.

No its not. Many overseas issues don't support AVS and other features as well.
