Gary seems to have minimum backlinks but doing well with the SERPs...

What SEO could he be using ???? i am confused

 

Google is playing with us all day .ca and .cc are changing spots as well as moving my .com .org .net sites around

Sweet I have two sites in the top 10 now

kiviniar: the reason that MR canada ranks highs without a lot of inlinks is that he has many other sites with incoming links that links to his main site. It is important that the links have related anchor text etc.. and it is obvious that Gary has promoted his other carcasher sites as well. Otherwise he wouldnt be ranked in the top. So what I mean is that you should check the net org and com for inbound links as well...

BTW! Gary how many carcasher sites do you have??? I´m finding new ones all the time.

It clearly says on http://www.carcasher.com/SEOContest/ that the contest started on FEB 1´st ??

Then how could Gary a.k.a MR Canada register his .ca domain the 24´th JAN ???

It is a huge advantage to be the first to get indexed for a specific term in case you did not know that.

I guess you have some explanation for this and it will be interesting to hear it.

I Have now got the answer from carcasher themselves, it turns out that there is a missprint/date rounded at the official site... the contest actually started earlier then FEB 1´st.

 

Nice catch, I would say that is cheating for sure, no way he could have just thought of that out the top of his head and then all of the sudden there is a contest for it.

What do you think the people at carcasher.com will say about it?

 

They annonced the contest around febuary 15th and Nin annonced it on v7n and digital point that how I found out about it. Thanks Nin

Two days later I saw the thread, posted about it here and v7n...and *then* every one started registering the domains!!!!! None of us were going to wait a week to get the domains. They would of all been taken!!!

IMO, they should of just not announced the keywords until February 1st.

 

Yeah, I think that was the major mistake, Announcing the keywords before the contest actually starts.

As i edited in my last post: carcasher.com rounded up the date so there is no cheating involved here I was just checking to make sure.

 

Looks like the next checkpoint is mine hope I can also win the first Cpayscom2 online casino checkpoint I am #4 right now 3 days to go lets see if adding to sig helps I added a lot of links the last few days I want the $1000
I think I understand MSN much better now MSN hates me in the other contest

Next payday will be from Ambatchdotcom seocontest for $6000 thats right I am going to win both First and Second place.

I already check and this is allowed by the rules as long as you use different domains
