    Revenue comes from Linkworth and TNX.

    Front page is page rank 2, some inner pages are PR1.

    Needs a little promotion work.

    The $20 is long term. The TNX ads you should be able to replace easily and start getting links within a few days. As for the Linkworth ad if its not transferrable we can work out some sort of deal where I transfer the payment for the life time of the ad. I can help anyone who buys the site sort all of this out. I've just noticed the ad 'Liverpool Victoria Car Insurance' if whoever buys the site keeps that ad on there I will pay a further $10/month (so the total revenue would be something over $30/month).

    Reserve is currently set to $175.
