    Product descriptions and technical specs are not regarded by popular search engines (like Google, Bing, Yahoo! and others) as duplicate content. There may well be thousands of car websites selling products or information and it would be absurd for each to have to come up with their own original phrasing for exact info, like technical specs. So no, this car specs database won’t be subjected to penalties based on duplicate content.
