    I'm selling my Car related blog off to those who are interested in getting in the all-time HOT "Car" niche.

    Site has made $7.57 from adsense last month and traffic are mostly from SEs/Organic. Never made any major promotions but I've done a few backlink building. Not sure why DP is showing 0 backlinks but you're free to check through Yahoo.

    The site is currently focused on car modifications/car tuning/performance related. ALL of the contents are unique and were mostly hand written by me and my other partner. Currently using WP premium theme "ZillaPress".

    @dc2. I have no idea about the drops. I purchased the site directly from namecheap and it was because of passion. However, time has made this passion something unreachable at the moment which is basically why I'm selling it off.

    @boatsource. ZillaPress is something I bought over and it is provided as a free-comes-with-it sale. According to the licensing, I'm only not allowed to do resales which in this case, I'm not.
