The navigation is completely surrounded by ads, would try to move that out of there.. Had a hard time at first even finding it as it blends in with the ads as well. Layout is kind of choppy.. not very smooth - text fonts are all crispy and not very appealing (banner text)
Yea looks alright, because of your placement ads you should makes money depending on how much traffick you get of course but looks good, i can see your goal of the site and to the untrained eye ie ( NON PUBLISHER ) your ads look more appealing than your navigation which is what i think your aiming towards anyway, One tip, i would sort out your pages, catagories navigation etc, and you have a spelling error, and also get a logo for the window page it looks more appealing Insurance is a high paying keyword so i see where you are coming from visit thesmarterfish.com for handy free tips
The header of your website is good. The first impression about your website is that you have put too much of ads. Also, your navigation is not user friendly. Try to work on the same.
I like the header but the rest looks like just a bunch of ads - is that the purpose of the site? The box for insurance quotes takes you away from this site but perhaps that is your goal. If your goal is to just have Adsense ads on the page to make money that way, it works, but for someone looking for an insurance quote, it doesn't work. It's too confusing and hard to find the navigation for a quote. The tabs at the top are all for pages of Google Ads. Again, if your purpose is just to make money from those ads, it works, but for the average user, it doesn't.
I think the layout is good. I think you should decide between insurance quotes and ads. The site is a little saturated with ads. Once you build some traffic test with both. Try to make the title to the ads a different color to show that they are "clickable" and not just content. Overall good site.
