Car insurance problems

Okay, so there I am, with my modified Honda Prelude costing around £5,000. It's Wednesday night, around 11pm, and I'm playing Counter Strike: Source. Suddenly, I hear a loud bang. My neighbour had hit the rear side of my car. My rear bumper and boot are smashed in and need to be repaired. Went around, and local garages are asking for between £1,200 - £1,500 to fix it.

She has insurance, but I have a problem - I have insurance, but it's third party, fire and theft. Does my insurance policy cover this? (I'm with elephant.co.uk) I'm having a bad feeling that it doesn't, but am asking you guys to help me out with this, cause there is no fucking way I'm going to pay for someone elses mistakes.

Any advice would be appreciated. By the way, I'm in the UK (London).

Well, the other problem is that when she hit me, I hadn't told my insurance company about the sports kit on my car (To lower the annual insurance). Since she hit the rear bumper that's not on my insurance, I'll need to replace it. Will that make any difference when making a claim?
