    Since it is a blogspot blog, it is easy to transfer..

    All the seller needs to do is to "add new team member" in the blog "settings".

    Buyer will receive an invite email which he has to confirm yes, then Buyer will automatically one of the team member.

    Then seller will just need to "leave" the blog as team member and the Buyer will be the sole owner of the blog.

    It is that simple..
