Car Blog For Sale - Low Price

I started a car blog a month ago, Top Car Blog.

The site has over 12 unique original articles/news stories on cars. I was hoping to get my own domain, but did not find the time to work on the site. However, it can be easily transferred.

I added all stories about a month ago on two days, July 17th and 18th and promoted the site on forums, social networking sites, myspace, friends, etc.

The Site got over 200 uniques the first day and over 250 the next, with over 300 page views both days.

Since then the site has not been touched but still gets about 15-30 uniques daily.

Income: None - No AdSense/Link Sales but can easily earn $10+ a month through AdSense and up to $40 more in link sales (8 links at $5 each) if promotion (less than 20 min a day) is done. But Assume no Income.

Time Required to Maintain: 30 min or less daily. I can even write articles for you at a negotiated rate. Promoting it can be easily done through more myspace bulletin campaigns or at car enthusiast web sites.

What?
The site gets 15-30 uniques daily but like I said this is with 0 min work in the pst 28 days and 2 hours work in the pst 30.
With minimal work, you can easily get 200+ hits a day as I did the first two days when I promoted it.
Plus, the $30 price is more for the content than the site itelf. The design and promotion are free to the buyer.
