What is the best way to capture email address when forwarding a visitor straight to an affiliate product?

I just got started in affiliate marketing. So far I’m promoting products on Squidoo and Qassia. I write articles or lenses and include affiliate links to related products. The web addresses that I use are .php pages I setup on a website that will forward the visitor to the affiliate site. I set this up so I can control the traffic in case the affiliate website goes out of business or I want to switch suppliers. Here's my problem….

I want to capture the email addresses of the visitor I forward to the affiliate site. I want to do this by an optional tease gift for the visitors. I realize I could setup the form on my webpage and then forward them to the affiliate, but I don’t like this option. I want to be able to display an un-blockable popup on the same page as the affiliate site, so that both the sign up form and the affiliate site display at the same time. What do you are my best options? Frames? IFrames? Some kind of script?

I'm experimenting with iframe inside of iframe and then allow the one containing the sign up to be closed. I'm thinking I may have to hire a pro programmer to get it done.
