I'm partial to my post #11; but I'm biased too. I will give you credit for drawing more symmetric thought/talk bubbles :)

The good thing about being right is the simple fact that I don't need to cut and paste to change a meaning of a text or quote a text from some jack ass blog. Here is the complete text for Article 37 of Geneva convention:

    feign
To give a false appearance of: feign sleep.
To represent falsely; pretend to: feign authorship of a novel.
To imitate so as to deceive: feign another's voice.

    perfidy
    1. deliberate breach of faith or trust; faithlessness; treachery: perfidy that goes unpunished.
    2. an act or instance of faithlessness or treachery

How does any of this relevant to torturing prisoners? Did you bold the word non-combatant because it sounded similar to unlawful combatant that this administration uses as excuse? How does some one who is arrested in a battle field in Afghanistan could pretend that he is non-combatant? Can you show us where in Geneva convention or other international treaties (not in another dumb-ass blog) they discuss unlawful combatant that is permitted to torture?

Why don't you go through the same troubles collecting text, visiting websites to show your dismay at terrorists like Osama for example?

I understand you are disappointed and angry after fighting so hard to get some big daddy love from Gtech and in the end discovering that even little blue pills can not help his condition. ;)

I'm not. Terrorists are the only one's immune from his rants. Christians, Jews, America, Israel, Soldiers, dmoz...not a problem, you can see his hatred for them in virtually every post. Terrorists? Never a bad word.

It's like gworld was trying to make a point.

But then he just pointed out that terrorists feign being civilians and therefore are not subject to the protections of the geneva convention. Although I'm sure that wasn't the point he was trying to make.

If they want to be treated like POWs then they need to stop treating the civilians like human shields and fight like men instead of like dickless weasles. It really is that simple.

I have quoted the full text of Article 37, there is nothing in there that discusses prisoners of wars, unlawful combatant or permission to torture.

Stop your BS nonsense and show it in the text where does it states anything remotely similar to your BS.

Because only idiots state the obvious and shout the same slogans over and over again in order to stop the discussions. You and your friends are the same type of people that we can see in movies about Friday prayers in Iran shouting "Down with America". Different slogans, same type of MORONS.
