Captcha fails Against junk Email

    one day i received 1000+ junk email. than i decide to add captcha on my contact us page. But after few days implementation of captcha again received same junk emails as i received previous. Don't understand why junk email still coming.
    Anyone has suggestion how to prevent junk email please help me.

    Use gmail. It has the best antispam filters.
