Capital letters

    I learn English and I just wonder why a capital letter is used for every word in titles.

    For example: Post New Thread

    Is it OK if I will not capitalize these words (as you can see in the title of this post)?

    i don't always do that on forums so i don't see a difference if you don't do that

    I think grammatically you need to write like this "Capital Letters" for titles.

    Its not mandatory to write like this .
    its a formal manner to write the language. and also represent the cleanliness

    Yep I agree. This is not necessary at all. This is a formal manner to make it looking good.

    Hmm . I usually use them for my Blog posts title and some times even for any letter i write . Just looks kind off official .
