Can't work out the godaddy domain transfer process

I have read the all help pages on domain transfers but cannot get it to work. I am trying to transfer a domain to another person who also has a godaddy account. I have changed all of the registrant details to the details of the receivor and unlocked the domain. All of the whois details show as the receivors, the only problem is that the domain is not on his godaddy account. How do I transfer it to his account?

    Thanks

Has anyone got a UK support phone number for godaddy - i cant find it!

You need to "push" it to another account. Changing whois information does not change the account.

You can not push it to his account. You only start the process. Undo whatever you have already done, restore yourself as the contact person etc. Then

Go to the "mydomains" section of the site and select the domain you wish to transfer. Be sure it is unlocked. Then click on the "account change" icon and enter all the required information.

The only piece of information that must be 100% valid is the email address must match the buyers primary godaddy email address. You will get an on screen confirmation that is is pending.

Both of you will receive notice of the pending account transfer and then the buyer must accept it. Once he does you will receive a cancellation notice for the domain. That just means from your account.
