    "You can send refunds within 60 days of receiving a payment. Refunds are available only for transactions involving the purchase of goods and services." - from paypal website,it has passed a lot more that60 days...

    Do not trust Achproviders he is a scammer. He stole 200$ from my PP account. If an admin can ban him sohe wont scam anyone else.. i can provide some info if needed...
    Any solutions to what can I do now? The bank account the he had withdrawn from my PP account is still attached to my PP account, but not verified. The bank name is CAPITAL ONE, N.A. Checking (Unconfirmed) x-4090

    Is there anyone on this forum that withdraws money from paypal that isnot a scammer? If you know anyone please post here. Thanks. Btw Paypal refunded the money that Achprividers withdraw from my account. I think they made a reverse withdraw. Please if an admin seesthis thread please ban him so he wont scam other people.

    I don't want to remove my limitations. All that I want to do withdraw the money from my account and leave it. And i know for sure that it CAN be done. All you need is a US bank account to withdraw the money to, I'm from outside of US and I can't create a US bank account, and buying one costs more that 400$, but i have only 200$ in my account and theres no point in buying a US bank account. If you read this thread you'll see that you can withdraw with a US bank account because some scammer did this.
