Cant we post link exchange requests?

Isn't there any section in this forum where we can post our link exchange requests.

Are people allowed to sign up with different usernames because I have seen some people who have the same URL in their signature.

Only 1 username per person

However, you can put whatever you want in your signature as long is it is within the FAQ/Rules

 

Then why dont you ban those who use multiple ones.

IP's, posting patterns, etc - There are lots of ways.

Are you planning on registering a bunch of names or something

No I saw some people doing them so I thought that is it in the guidelines or not. Well thanks for telling me and there are lots of guys doing that you should ban them.
