I have been able to contact referrals rather easy - if you have the domain name, what more do you need???

The majority of times there is an email address on the website, or any address@website gets to the person normally.

I have spent a lot of time helping people that have had zero weight do the appropriate changes to their account so they get better than zero, and get the max out of their coop participation.

Sometimes that works, but sometimes you see an address saying something like "contact us at ", I don't think that sending an email about the coop to the sales department is an intelligent idea.

There is a site that was showing 0 weight for over a week, I checked it out, and they only had one contact email. When I tried to email them, it got bounced back, no way at all to get in touch with them.

    - Try the whois.
    - It may be that sales @ domain . com is the only email address depending on the site - you can always ask them who the webmaster is and offer help with their setup.

Do you have an example base URL that returns different weight values?

Damn, I was trying to find one to use as an example, and I ended up with one acount dropping weight from 500 to 100, lol

Don't want to mess around with the others now :(

One of my URLs doesn't return different weight values, but went from 56.000 to 8.870 overnight and even though I have tried revalidating many times and have tried using different APIs, it doesn't go back to the previous value.

By reading this and other threads I assume there hasn't been any major change in the Coop that might justify this... so can I assume that this might be temporary and that I should stop looking for possible errors on my setup?

Ps. Yes - I have checked and there's no loss in PR or indexed pages.

I've noticed something similar, I dropped from 56,000ish to about 3,000 - It's been like this for a week, something needs to be done

Some of my ranks are dropping too.
