    So you can't walk, but you can fly. So you have to sit in your wheelchair and your wheelchair can fly. This doesn't fly fast, only at 15mph.

    OR

    You are deaf, can't hear, and thusly your speech will be slurred, but you can shoot destructive or concussive lasers out of your eyes. they can be broad beams or hit the head of a needle.
