Can't validate because of trackbacks

    You would need to somehow remove that URL from the Google index.

    Wow... I've spent so much time learning how to get my pages INTO search engines I never bothered to learn if and how to REMOVE them...

    Would adding "rel=nofollow" to my trackback links be enough?

    Okay, I'm having the same problem again, despite the fact that a few days ago my site validated just fine. I haven't changed anything on my end, all the trackbacks are nofollows.

    I thought it might go away after a few days, it's been almost 4 days. Should I wait longer or is there something else that needs to be done?

    It seems it isn't anymore (validate worked). I checked it on Google.com and didn't find it there either.

    I think the problem is, especially right now with the whole Google dance, that the datacenters are not matched up and it's just random luck of the draw if I happen upon the DC that has the old links.
