Can't use Google Adwords

Hi all,I am from Bulgaria but I have 10 websites and they are all with english content.I host them on Hostgator and I have lots of Google adword packages given to me for free.They worth 100$ each but I can't use them because I am from Bulgaria.This is what Hostgator support told me a couple of times.
What should I do?

 

I would stop asking your host "hostgator" for advice on google.
Where does google say you can't use adwords if you're in Bulgaria?

Seeing how they have a number for Bulgaria, I'd check that first.

maybe your websites dont meet google guidelines

 

Carefully with AdWords free vouchers. They can make your account to be stopped.

 

Maybe you can change your IP address to use the service.

 

On hostgator there is a green sentence which says available only for USA and Canada.Why is that,other countries are not good enough?!?
