Can't use adwords voucher I got in the mail .. wtf?

I tried it in my current account and on a brand new account. It says the code is invalid.

 

Must be some error
Have you typed the code correctly and have included the "-" as well
if it does not work then rasie an issue with adwords support

 

Try typing it out yourself and if the problem persists just contact your account rep.

 

Check your Promo Code again and fill that correctly using hyphen.

it happened to me before,
just contact them ASAP before the 14 days time limit run out!

 

I think that the code is invalid because is that was right then google tell you that "voucher use in new account only " so please check the code again
