I created a wordpress blog at wordpress.com just to practice with templates and other stuff and found no way to upload themes from my own pc. Is it even possible to upload themes to free wordpress blog and if not is there any way I can do it maybe at another free hosting blog?
You cant upload templates or plugins in wordpress.com free blogs. You have to get hosting and domain name. Then download wordpress script from wordpress.org and install it in your server or use 1click install. If you planning to practice I suggest you to get free account at 000webhost.com and they also offer free domain for you. Than download script from wordpress.org and upload it using FTP client like FileZilla. Install it and you are ready to go. Use google search to find how to install and other things. Its easy when you practice well. Hope It helps!
